Come hangout at Sangha Yoga Shala Saturday, July 25th at 2pm for an afternoon of yoga practice accompanied by the music of The Beatles. I’m sure you’ll be doing sun salutes to “Good Day Sunshine” and maybe practicing some inversions to “Help”. Sounds amazing to me!
