The Yoga Mat, is a Denver yoga studio connecting like-minded folks through the practice of yoga, wellness, and combined creativity. We believe unrolling your mat creates healthier and happier people; less grumpy people means less crappy stuff in the world. One om at a time, we’ll reconnect with our neighbors and bring balance to our body and mind. Choosing to live a conscious, healthy lifestyle is hard but it’s clearly a darn good idea.

We offer numerous styles of yoga so your practice never gets old. Flow, power, yin, restorative, Iyengar…we learn from them all. So come with an open mind and we’ll provide the rest. We have rental mats for $1 and all the props you could need.
