Join April Mueller and special guest, Jay On The Drums to rhythmically transition from Fall to Winter. As we move into the yin season of Winter, our bodies need more yin activities and movements to balance our yang energy.
We will begin by deeply grounding with thirty minutes of healing yin postures, which will be held for 3-5 minutes each with the support of bolsters and other props. The rhythm of live drumming will guide you through a warming 60-minute Vinyasa flow that will connect your body and mind through your breath. To end, we will slow back down with a few final yin postures before sinking into a nice, long Savasana.
