In this workshop you will learn briefly about three Indian philosophical schools. We will focus particularly on Patanjala Yoga, Samkhya, and since the Buddha was Indian we’ll cover Buddhism, too. We will discuss styles of meditation – both theistic and atheistic. There will be an experiential meditation and you will also learn how to bring more mindfulness into your asana practice and your daily life. Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a mat, a notebook if you like to take notes, and an open mind.
