Being upside-down and balancing on your hands can be one of the most exciting parts of a yoga practice. It can also be one of the most fear invoking. This workshop will tackle a wide array of arm balances and inversions in a way that will help you to gain courage and confidence in your arm balances. These poses address our physical strength, but also teach us about our inner strength. Besides, how often in the world off of the mat do you get to stand on your hands?
We will flow through a short Vinyasa Class to create heat and then begin to address the poses one at a time, breaking each pose down. Come have fun…who knows, you may conquer a pose you never thought you could!
