Yep, tell your friends, your boss, your mom, your dog – Tuesday, August 3rd The Yoga Mat has a full day of yoga classes on Tuesday’s. Mark your calendars, tattoo it to your forehead (backwards, so you can read it in the mirror) and get your butts to the mat.
We’re also adding 2 new yoga teachers to the schedule, Kat Saks and Caity Ryan. Both amazing teachers from terrific NY studios. Stay tuned for their full bios!
Adding Tuesday classes and new teachers is so damn exciting we’re doing our part to make sure chaos doesn’t breakout in the streets of Downtown Denver, so we’ve added an online booking service to guarantee a spot for your mat.

7:15am – 8:15am // Sunny Side Up (all levels)
Wake up on the right side of the mat with a vinyasa flow class guaranteed to make you sweat and smile.
12:15pm – 1:00 pm // Takin’ a Breather (all levels)
Take a break from the boss man or wo-man and release some midday stress with this challenging flow class.
4:00pm – 5:00 pm // Happy Hour Special (all levels)
Sip on this intoxicating hour long class dedicated to different themes: backbending to inversions, yoga for bikers to animal poses.
5:15pm – 6:15pm // Not-So-Rushed-Hour (all levels)
Get out from behind the wheel and onto the mat. First sweat through our flow class then hit the breaks for relaxing restorative poses.
10:30am – 11:30am // Made You A Mix-Tape (all levels)
Take a trip down memory lane, while never leaving the mat. A playful vinyasa class alongside some of our favorites: Arcade Fire, The Beatles, Michael Jackson – we won’t stop ‘til you get enough.
